Do I need to register to to make a purchase?

No, you are not required to create an account with us if you do not wish to. You can proceed to make a purchase without registering on our web site, however registering on our web site allows you to use the "My Account" section, which includes tracking orders and keeping a history of your purchases. Plus, registering with us is very easy and it takes less than 5 minutes of your time.

I forgot my password. How do I retrieve it?

For registered customers, you just need to click on the "Forgot Password" button on the Login page. Then, enter your email address which you used to register with us, and our system will send you a link via that email account to have you reset your password.

How do I sign up to your newsletter?

Easy! Simply enter your email address on the right hand side text box under the heading "Free Newsletter" and press Enter.

Is there a minimum order requirement?

No, definitely not. You can order one or even ten items from without any restrictions.

What types of payments are accepted?

All product prices are in US dollars. We accept major credit cards via PayPal. We do not accept payments via cash, checks and money orders.

How safe is it for me to use my credit card?

Can I make an order over the phone/fax/email?

No, we do not provide such services. If you would like to make a purchase, please order online on our website. Our shopping carts are very easy and simple to use so you should have no problems at all. If you do have any inquiries on our ordering process, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Do you ship internationally?

No, we do not. At this point in time, Kids Bedding Clearance will only ship to customers in the USA.

How to track your order?

To track an order which has already been placed and paid for, simply click on the "Track Order" link and enter your username and password to log into your account. You can manage your order tracking under the "My Account" section once you are logged in.

How long does it take for delivery?

Please allow 7-10 business days from the day your credit card was successfully charged.
Do you have a return policy?
We do not entertain requests for returns, exchanges or refunds.  Once a customer's credit card is successfully charged, the order may not be canceled.

What if the wrong item or wrong quantity was delivered?

Please save the shipping slip and send us an image copy via email so we can make the necessary arrangements to correct the error. If a wrong item has been delivered, we will notify our drop shipper and give you instructions on how to return the product. We will then arrange for the correct item to be delivered to you.

What if it the order tracking page shows that the item has been delivered but I have yet to receive the product?

Please ensure that you keep the shipping slip. Sometimes, items get delivered to the wrong address. In such cases, the address the item was delivered to that is stated on the order tracking page will differ from the delivery address displayed on our system. If you do find yourself in this situation, inform us as soon as possible and we will remedy the situation.

Why is there sometimes a discrepancy between the prices displayed on the front page and the prices on the product page?

The prices on our product pages are automatically updated via integration with our drop shipper's system whereas the prices on our front page is manually updated. In any case, always refer the price stated on out product pages.
